Hollywood is a cut-throat world, and the pressure to look young and beautiful is *real.* And hey, many celebs (and mere mortals, too) just want to feel comfortable and confident in their own skin—and there's zero shame in getting work done or beauty treatments that make you feel your best (you do you!).
But a slew of A-list celebrities have also been open about regretting or questioning various types of work they've had done after the fact, and weren't shy about sharing that. From problem nose jobs to A-list botox mishaps, these celebrities opened up about why they got plastic surgery or other cosmetic procedures in the first place—and why they kinda wished they hadn't in hindsight.

Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star Lisa Rinna is known for her lips, so it was a surprise when she opened up about getting her injections reduced years later. “I have it like that for my whole career, right?” Lisa said, adding it was a “stupid thing to do at 24.” “So then cut to a couple of years ago, I have a doctor remove as much as they possibly can because it got to the point where they were yucky. You know, they get hard. It's gross. So they are now whatever that was after they took out as much of the silicone as they could."

Chrissy Teigen revealed on Instagram in May that she was undergoing surgery to have her breast implants removed. Let's be clear: She stated that her implants “have been great” to her but that she ultimately wanted to be comfortable in her own skin.
She opened up to Glamour UK about the breast augmentation she had when she was 20. “You can’t set these expectations for people that everything is perfect,” Chrissy told the magazine. “Everyone filters their sh*t, edits, or Facetunes so you forget what normal faces or bodies look like. It’s not fair and it makes you jealous of other people’s bodies. It’s lying to people by omission. But also, while you want to teach your kids to be comfortable in their own skin, you want to tell them everything you can and let them decide.”
